Hi I hate making a post begging like this, but my cat Star swallowed some little parts of something that got stuck in his stomach. He passed some of the particles through to his colon and he had to get X-rays and fluids run through him, but it looks like the particles won’t move past his colon. The expenses are already up to $450 and with this surgery it will come up to $1,250.
To make things worse he may have a kidney stone that may require another surgery…I’m sick thinking about everything. I’ve had Star for about 10 years and he means the absolute world to me. I pay my own living expenses and recently moved in with a roommate, but still I’m overwhelmed with these new expenses. I had a car accident back in January and had to purchase a new car which I’m still paying off, so this really hurts.
I’m so sorry to beg like this and I know I’m just a random person asking for money. I just thought I’d ask for help somehow because I don’t know what to do. I just want my cat to come back home and be healthy and safe. I’ll show some pictures of my baby below if anyone would like to know what he looks like.
Star just got out of surgery, he did well and they found a hair elastic in his colon and removed it. Thankfully what they thought was a kidney stone was only a shadow from the hair tie in the X-rays, and they said he is all healthy and should heal up fine. The expenses are still there, but I’m so relieved my cat will be alright. Thank you to anyone who has donated so far or boosted this post!

I just picked up Star from the vet hospital and he is doing well and ready to come home. The final expenses came out to be $1,294.27 and so far donations have reached $345.22/$1,294.27. Thank you so much to anyone who has so far donated or signal boosted this post, every little bit helps. ❤️
